Yes. A 30-day paid pilot at a reduced rate comes before any monthly or annual subscription. It connects to one existing system and includes a dedicated team session to assess results. Contact us about pricing for your setup.
Tendrel accesses data in real time through read-only connectors. Query context stays briefly in memory to produce answers, while operational data is not persistently stored or used to train models. Your data remains in your systems.
Every distinct system or database connected by Tendrel counts as one source. A CMMS instance, SCADA historian, and OEE platform count as three. Depending on architecture, multiple sites using the same platform version may share one connector.
Yes. Upgrade to a higher tier anytime, with the price difference prorated. Downgrades begin with the next billing period. Email [email protected] to change your plan.
